The 3rd and 4th stages of a Project Life Cycle
Stage 3 Execution and Control – looks at:

  • Progress monitoring and reporting

Stage 4 Closure – looks at:

  • Documentation and transfer of the project

4 Key tips to success ‘Maintaining Progress’

This section will introduce you to:

Assessment

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 10 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 70%. The answers are marked automatically so that you’ll instantly know whether you passed. If you don’t pass don’t worry – you can go through the assessment as many times as you need with no extra cost.

Completion of the course will contribute toward your CPD continual professional development – you will be able to print/save your training certificate.

On successful completion of the assessment you have the opportunity to pursue a further formal CMI national qualification.
