The CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership Practice qualification equips senior leaders with the strategic management skills they need to thrive at the highest levels of their organisation. Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice

The Award introduces strategic management principles and allows learners to tailor the qualification to suit their specific needs.  

• Unit: Complete any 1 unit from the list below (minimum of 7 credits)
• Assessment: 1 written assignment.
• Duration: 1-3 months.

Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice

Provides a broader understanding of strategic management skills and focuses on key areas relevant to the learner’s workplace.

• Units: Complete any 2 units from the list below (minimum of 14 credits)
• Assessment: 2 written assignments.
• Duration: 3-6 months.

Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice

A comprehensive qualification that develops a wide range of strategic management skills. This qualification is the benchmark for CMI Chartered Manager status.

• Units: Complete any combination of units from the list below (minimum of 37 credits)
• Assessment: 4 written assignments.
• Duration: 12-18 months.
