Level 7 Fast Track Training Day Overview

The CMI Level 7 Leading Strategic Change Unit equips leaders with the skills needed to navigate their organisations through the complexities of strategic change. Grounded in Charles Darwin’s insight, “It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change,” this Fast Track Training Day is designed to foster dynamic, responsive leadership in times of organisational transformation.

On this training day you will cover all the learning for the CMI Level 7 Leading Strategic Change Unit including: 

• Introduction to Strategic Change: Understanding the “Why” to support the “What” and “How”
• Developing a Business Case for Change: Applying concepts in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
• Evaluating Change Models and Theories: Building a vision for change

• Stakeholder Engagement: Techniques to foster collaboration and commitment
• Self-Assessment: Understanding yourself as a leader in delivering change

Assessment

Following the training day, Towercourt Training will then work with you to prepare for the assessment assignment to help you achieve your CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. 

Once you have completed your assessment for the Level 7 Leading Strategic Change Fast Track Training Day, you can then also bolt-on another unit from the CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership Practice unit options to achieve a Level 7 Certificate qualification too. 

How CMI Level 7 Qualifications Work

The CMI Level 7 qualifications follow a structure of Award, Certificate and Diploma often with a range of unit options to choose from. Each unit has training courses specific to that unit’s topic, followed by an assessment (which can be written, professional discussion or hybrid) and has a number of credits assigned to it.  The Award qualification is usually one unit, the Certificate usually two units and the Diploma is usually 4-6 units (depending on the total number of credits for units).

Towercourt Training can then help you to “top-up” your Diploma into a Masters Degree through it’s partnership with Leeds Beckett University for the CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership.
