Day 2
- Strategic-level understanding of EDI
- Reflecting on your organisation’s EDI approach and conducting analysis
- Identifying barriers and anticipating resistance
- Strategies for overcoming resistance and identifying improvement areas
- Assessing EDI’s impact on strategic objectives
- Setting strategic priorities for EDI in your organisation
- Data-informed action planning to communicate and embed EDI priorities
- Reviewing and measuring success in embedding EDI objectives
Assessment
Following the Fast Track training course, Towercourt Training will then work with you to prepare for the assessment assignment to help you achieve your CMI Level 7 Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Qualification.
Once you have completed your assessment for the Level 7 Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Fast Track Training Course, you can then also bolt-on another unit from the CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership Practice unit options to achieve a Level 7 Certificate qualification too.
How CMI Level 7 Qualifications Work
The CMI Level 7 qualifications follow a structure of Award, Certificate and Diploma often with a range of unit options to choose from. Each unit has training courses specific to that unit’s topic, followed by an assessment (which can be written, professional discussion or hybrid) and has a number of credits assigned to it. The Award qualification is usually one unit, the Certificate usually two units and the Diploma is usually 4-6 units (depending on the total number of credits for units).
Towercourt Training can then help you to “top-up” your Diploma into a Masters Degree through it’s partnership with Leeds Beckett University for the CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership.
