  • Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
• Assessment: Written work-based assignment.

Unit 524: Conducting a Management Project

This unit requires learners to conduct a genuine project within their organisation. The project must have a measurable impact on individual or organisational practices. Learners will plan, manage, and research a project that addresses an identified business need or challenge.

• Learning Outcomes:
  • Plan and manage a project in the workplace.
  • Conduct research and analyse findings to solve organisational problems.
  • Evaluate project success and present recommendations for future improvements.
• Assessment: Written work-based assignment based on a real workplace project.

Overall duration for the completion of 2 units: 6 – 12 months.
