• Comprehensive Induction – We provide a full induction so that you are fully prepared for your qualification journey. From understanding the course structure to getting familiar with the assessment process, our induction ensures you know exactly what to expect.
• Flexible Personal Study Plan – We work with you to develop an agreed personal study plan that fits around your schedule. This ensures that you remain focused, motivated, and on track to complete your qualification within a suitable timescale.

As a learner pursuing a CMI qualification, you will also benefit from:

• Student Membership to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – Your enrolment in a CMI qualification comes with student membership to the Chartered Management Institute. This provides you with access to a wealth of exclusive online learning resources, including management tools, industry insights, and networking opportunities. CMI membership helps to enhance your learning experience and supports your professional development.
• Flexible Assessment Options – We offer flexible assessment methods, including professional discussions and one-on-one presentations, allowing you to choose an assessment style that suits your learning preferences and work commitments.

All CMI qualifications are also available as in-house training packages. If your organisation requires a bespoke training solution, we can tailor our qualifications to suit your team’s needs.

Learner Support for Highfield Qualifications

For learners pursuing a Highfield certification, Towercourt Training offers additional, specialised support:

• Student Membership to Highfield Qualifications – You’ll gain student membership to Highfield Qualifications, granting you access to resources that are specifically designed to support your learning and development within your chosen field.
• Assessment and Verification – Highfield qualifications are assessed through a portfolio of evidence, and Towercourt Training provides ongoing support to ensure you meet the required standards. We guide you through the process, offering clear, actionable feedback on your portfolio and any assessments required for your qualification.

Like our CMI courses, all Highfield qualifications are available as in-house training packages, enabling organisations to train their staff in specific skills aligned with their business goals.
